When you use a form on this site we collect the contact and inquiry information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and details about the service you are asking about. We also collect basic technical data standard to operating a website, such as the pages requested and general device information.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and confirm appointments, to send service related and appointment related text messages and emails to people who have opted in, and to operate and improve the service.

SMS program and mobile data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share mobile information only with the service providers and subcontractors that help us operate the messaging program, for example the messaging platform that delivers the texts, and only to the extent needed to run that program under confidentiality. We never share it with third party marketers or lead generators. Your text messaging opt-in and consent records are kept private. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we remove it. Numbers entered only to run a demo are deleted within 24 hours and are never added to any list.

Your choices and contact

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. To ask what we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it, email hellohumanaize@gmail.com. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
